Hotjar. Maxpay may use Hotjar, a technology tool that helps understand users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies to collect data on users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our Site. Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a third-party technology which allows to collect and analyze information about how you use Maxpay Site and services and create relevant reports. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out plug-in for the web.
Google Ads. Google Ads is a service that helps to enhance advertising efficiency of Maxpay services and products and to display our advertisements on other websites across the Internet. For Google Analytics Advertising Features, you can opt-out through Google Ads Settings.
UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) tags. UTM tags are used to improve user interaction experience with Maxpay Site and to analyze performance results of our advertising campaigns on different resources. The UTM tag parameters including referring link are integrated into the advertisements of Maxpay Site, products and services shown on different Internet resources, including without limitation social media resources such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc. Once user clicks on the advertisement, the user is redirected to Maxpay Site, where he is offered to provide consent to performance cookies. After we receive user’s consent a unique user identifier associated with the relevant UTM referring link is assigned and stored by user’s browser in the form of cookies. This data allows us to recognize user’s browser and enables us to analyze his interaction with Maxpay Site (e.g. which pages he visits and how much time spends there), as well as the number and frequency of unique Site visitors. This data is aggregated for statistical purposes and is used for improvement of Maxpay Site, products and services. UTM cookies allow us to see the channel therefrom user was redirected to Maxpay Site, which enable us to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns that we use to advertise and promote Maxpay Site, products and services. UTM cookies are persistence cookies which are stored on user’s device until they are expired or deleted, as detailed below.
